We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, features used, session duration, device type, browser information, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us understand usage patterns and improve the product.

You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Essential cookies required for platform functionality cannot be disabled while using the service.

- Provide the Service: Operate, maintain, and deliver the Acuent.ai platform, including AI analysis, dashboards, scorecards, and planning tools.
- Process Payments: Handle subscriptions, invoicing, and billing through our payment processor.
- Communicate: Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts) and, with your consent, product updates and announcements.
- Improve the Product: Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve features, performance, and user experience.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted third parties necessary to operate the service:
Supabase
Database infrastructure and authentication. Hosts all application data with row-level security and encryption at rest.
Anthropic
AI processing for intelligent analysis, summaries, and recommendations within the platform. Your data is not used to train Anthropic's models.
Stripe
Payment processing. Handles all credit card and billing information. Acuent.ai does not store your full payment card details.
Resend
Transactional email delivery for account notifications, daily briefings, and system alerts.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-leading security measures to protect your data:
- SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure and operational controls.
- AES-256 encryption for all data at rest.
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
- Row-level security ensuring strict data isolation between customers in our multi-tenant architecture.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (such as billing records). Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.
